Divers Down Tec is re-opening for 2012!

We will be running th full DSAT Tec rec package, including Rebreather and Tri Mix.

NEW - Divers Down are Mares Lab Authorized Service Centre

In order to provide you a life-time of pleasure using MARES diving products wherever your travels may take you, MARES has set-up a world-wide network of MARES Lab service-centres that provide excellent service for your MARES diving products.

We are happy to inform you that DIVERS DOWN UAE are now a MARES Lab service-centre. Gary recently attended an intensive training programme with a demanding level of certification to achieve this excellence.

We undertook this to fulfill our commitment to provide our customers with a first class service and to assist you in ensuring your MARES equipment performs at its best, dive-after-dive in all conditions.

New Diving Centre and Shop

Come and visit us at the Miramar Hotel, Al Aqqa, where we have new premises, new staff and a great new shop.

Based by the beach at this 5* star resort, we can offer a great facility where you can relax and chill before and after your diving. See the Accommodation section for more details on the room rates.

We have a comfortable air-conditioned classroom with full teaching facilities and a large kit room and workshop where we can supply you with full kit and can service your regulators if you require. Dive computers are also available for hire for a minimum deposit and fee.

So now and introduction to the new staff - Divers Down welcomes Gary Harsant (MSDT) as General Manager, Victor Perez as OWSI, Dan Hughes as on-site support and shop supervisor, Subash as Boat Driver and Sandra as DM and Office Support (PT). See the Crew page for more information. For those of you wondering about Paul and Steve - they still co-own DD but are focussing on other things at this time.

The Shop - Spend some time browsing our fully stocked Mares shop. We stock everything from BCDs, wetsuits, regulators and Dive Computers right through to fin staps and mouthpieces - we've even got a waterproof pouch for your IPad !! We have a huge range sizes and styls to suit all and what we don't have we can get for you. We also have some Dive Rite and Aqualung stock remaining which you will get at a great price.
